Andreas Trumpp FRICS will be responsible for the KGAL Group’s research with the core asset classes Real Estate, Sustainable Infrastructure and Aviation from 15 September 2026. He has more than 20 years of experience in real estate market research and strategic market analysis and has worked for Colliers and Savills Investment Management, among others.
In his new role, Andreas Trumpp will further develop the KGAL Group’s research and support the fund and investment teams as an analytical sparring partner.

Prior to joining KGAL, Andreas Trumpp was Senior Director and Head of Market Intelligence & Foresight at neoshare AG and its subsidiary PTXRE. Previously, he led a research team of 20 analysts at Colliers as Managing Director and Head of Market Intelligence & Foresight. From 2015 to 2022, the real estate expert was Head of Research & Strategy Europe at Savills Investment Management, where he led an international team.
Andreas Trumpp regularly appears as a speaker and moderator at real estate industry events. In addition, he has been a lecturer at the ADI Academy of the Real Estate Industry since 2016 and honorary co-head of the Real Estate Market Research Competence Group of the gif Gesellschaft für Immobilienwirtschaftliche Forschung e. V.
