Techem Energy Services GmbH is relocating within Dortmund and has signed a lease agreement for a modern office unit in Dortmund. The company will move into an area of around 2,024 square meters at Robert-Schuman-Straße 20.
The owner of the property is MMDO Immobilien GmbH & Co. KG, the landlord is Materna SE. The brokerage and advice of the contracting parties took place within the framework of a successful joint transaction between two partners of the NAI Partners Germany network: apollo real estate GmbH & Co. KG (Frankfurt am Main) and CUBION Immobilien AG (Mülheim an der Ruhr). On the tenant side, Techem was looked after by Martin Höppler and Martin Angersbach. On the landlord side, Materna was looked after by Niklas Klein.
