The investment manager, advisor and capital partner PASENDIA is receiving top-class reinforcement: Maria Teresa Dreo-Tempsch has been working for the company as an Independent Senior Advisor since May 1.
In this function, Dreo-Tempsch supports PASENDIA in the strategic development of the established business and the targeted orientation towards the next growth phase. In addition, she accompanies the company on an ad hoc and project-related basis, in particular in the initiation and initiation of selected advisory mandates as well as direct investments. She brings her many years of experience to bear primarily in the structuring of complex financing models. In the investment area, she supports PASENDIA in the evaluation and selection of suitable opportunities.

Most recently, Dreo-Tempsch was Chief Market Officer at Berlin Hyp AG (LBBW Group), where she was responsible for sales, treasury and portfolio management with a financing volume of around EUR 27 billion. Prior to that, she was a member of the Management Board of ARWAG Holding AG in Vienna and also headed the Commercial Real Estate division at UniCredit Bank AG for ten years as Senior Vice President. Dreo-Tempsch was named “Manager of the Year” in 2024 for her achievements.
