The Munich logistics leasing market achieved a solid result in the first half of the year. Activity was mainly concentrated at the start of the year, while market activity slowed somewhat in the second quarter.
Several deals are already at an advanced stage and are likely to provide new impetus in the further course of the year. At the same time, the currently available space supply is expected to be further reduced.
New project developments on the outskirts of Munich promise additional dynamism. Small-scale and high-quality space is particularly in demand, including from companies in the robotics and defense-related sectors.
