Core Property has commissioned MVGM with the property management for around 920 residential and commercial units in Hanover. The portfolio comprises 53 properties with a total lettable area of more than 68,000 sqm and 250 parking spaces. The mandate includes both commercial and technical property management as well as leasing, which is controlled from the Hanover location.
With this order, MVGM is further expanding its presence in Lower Saxony. The aim is to secure the performance of the portfolio in the long term through holistic support and to increase tenant satisfaction in the long term.
