The owners’ association FOUR Terra has reappointed MVGM Property Management Deutschland GmbH as administrator. Since the completion of the Terra residential tower in Frankfurt’s FOUR Frankfurt high-rise district in 2024, MVGM has been responsible for the condominium owners’ association (WEG) management.
FOUR Terra is part of the FOUR Frankfurt high-rise district in the heart of the Main metropolis. The residential building, which will be completed in 2024, comprises 242 residential units with around 23,500 square metres of usable space. Due to its size and close integration with hotel, retail, service and neighbourhood structures, the management of the property places special demands on property management.
“The owners’ association operates in an environment that goes far beyond classic residential management. Coordination with investors, the hotel industry, service providers and neighbourhood committees is part of our daily business,” says Sandra Trautmann, Senior Property Manager at MVGM and responsible administrator of FOUR Terra. “The reappointment confirms the trusting cooperation of the past years. Our aim is to consistently represent the interests of the owners not only within the WEG, but also at the level of the entire district. The fact that the owners want to continue on this path with us is something we see as a special appreciation of our work.”
The owners’ association is a shareholder of the neighbourhood management company and is represented there by MVGM. MVGM brings in the interests of the owners in questions about neighborhood operations, security, facility management and cost planning. In recent years, MVGM has been involved in the further development of governance structures and the awarding of facility management and cleaning services, among other things.
