Newmark acquires L+P Real Estate Valuation for its Valuation & Advisory business in Europe

The acquisition builds on Newmark's continued investment in the Valuation & Advisory business. These include the acquisition of Catella Valuation Advisory in France, the Canadian valuation business of Altus Group and einwert, which was recently acquired by Newmark Germany. Together, these investments strengthen Newmark's valuation expertise in strategically important markets.
