Nils Anacker will become the new Managing Director of Cresco Projektentwicklung GmbH on 1 September 2026. He heads the Development and Asset Management department there and is thus responsible for all construction law and construction technology issues of the new project developments as well as the asset management of the existing properties. The position has been newly created. Fabian Dietrich will remain another Managing Director, who will be responsible for Investment Management, HR and Finance.
Cresco Projektentwicklung is part of Cresco Real Estate, an independent, owner-managed real estate investor, developer and asset manager with extensive experience in the office, residential and hotel asset classes.

Nils Anacker comes from Tishman Speyer, where he was responsible for all Berlin project developments for five years as Senior Director Design & Construction. In total, he has almost 20 years of professional experience in the real estate industry, with further stations at Zeitgeist, Signa and Bauwert, among others. The 48-year-old studied civil engineering at the Technical University of Berlin and graduated as a graduate engineer.
