The existing tenant has extended its lease with Aroundtown for 2,622 m² in the property at Gutenbergstraße 5 in Unterschleissheim ahead of schedule. The long-standing contractual relationship with the print shop will thus be continued and at the same time is a long-term commitment to the location.
The property at Gutenbergstraße 5 consists of two building sections and is a multifunctional property with a modern, timeless glass façade. Thanks to its flexible building structure, it is suitable for different uses, both as a light industrial area with production components and as an office and service area and generous storage space. The two parts of the building are connected by a multi-storey car park that offers around 400 parking spaces. The parking decks allow direct access to the above-ground floors and thus support efficient use of the space.
"The long-term contract extension is a strong commitment to the Unterschleissheim site. The combination of the proximity to the economically strong Munich metropolitan region, an excellent infrastructure and high-quality commercial space creates the best conditions for sustainable business success. We are looking forward to continuing our successful cooperation in the long term and continuing to support our tenant as a reliable partner," says Markus Brehm, Regional Director Central/South of Aroundtown.
Unterschleissheim belongs to the district of Munich and benefits from its immediate proximity to the Bavarian capital. The office and commercial property is located in an established commercial area with an excellent infrastructure. The Unterschleissheim S-Bahn station on Pegasusstraße can be reached both on foot and by bus in a few minutes and offers a comfortable connection to the city of Munich with the S1 line. In addition, several bus and express bus lines ensure good networking within the region as well as to the underground and S-Bahn hubs in the north of Munich. In addition, the A92 motorway is located in the immediate vicinity of the site, ensuring quick access to Munich Airport, which is less than a 15-minute drive away.
