Aroundtown has successfully concluded a long-term extension of an existing lease agreement with BMW M. The lease for the office space at Gutenbergstraße 25 in Garching has been extended for the long term. The leased area comprises a total of around 5,000 m². With this contract renewal, the property remains fully leased on a long-term basis.
The property at Gutenbergstraße 25 is located in Garching, an established technology and research hub in close proximity to the Technical University of Munich (TUM). This location makes it particularly attractive for companies in the automotive and high-tech industries.
With this long-term lease, Aroundtown strengthens the continuity of its tenant relationships and underscores the attractiveness of the Garching location for the high-tech sector. At the same time, it highlights the company’s commitment to meeting tenants’ specific needs by offering a comprehensive service package that goes beyond providing office space. For instance, the building features a car lift, catering to the specific requirements of the tenant.
Furthermore, Aroundtown provides BMW M — as well as all other commercial tenants — with extensive services, including personal on-site contacts and a central 24/7 service center staffed by trained professionals.
