Special ownership management for a total of 63 houses of a local family office
Berlin's leading real estate manager BEB+ will take over property management for more than 1,800 units on 1 October 2025. The portfolio comprises a total of 63 properties in the Berlin city area and consists mainly of rental apartments, supplemented by individual commercial units and associated car parking spaces. The client of the mandate is an internationally active family office based in Berlin.
BEB+ manages the properties with the help of KPI-based reports. "The degree of automation of the data preparation and the transparency impressed the customer and ultimately made the difference. Transparency, digitality and reliable figures are not just empty phrases for us, but the basis of trusting cooperation. We are convinced that we create real added value for the customer with our reporting," says Alexandra Stubbe, COO at BEB+.
With this mandate, BEB+ Property Management GmbH is further expanding its management portfolio and expertise in property management for institutional investors and family offices. "We are very pleased about the trust and the extensive mandate. This is an important milestone on our consistent growth path – we are currently in advanced talks regarding further new mandates," says Stefan Claus, CEO of BEB+.
