Marion Thormeyer, head of the Berlin branch of TAXON, explains: "With the new location in Joachimsthaler Straße, we are moving closer to Kurfürstendamm and at the same time gaining significantly in terms of space quality. The modern, efficiently designed offices enable us to create an attractive, contemporary working environment for our team. At the same time, our clients benefit from a central, very easily accessible location."
"For TAXON GmbH, it was crucial to remain in the familiar market environment of Berlin-Charlottenburg, but to noticeably improve the quality of the space and to be present within walking distance of Kurfürstendamm," explains Adina Schmidt, leasing expert at Aengevelt Immobilien. "Against this background, we have analysed and presented the entire available market offer in accordance with the requirements profile. The lease decision was made in favor of Joachimsthaler Straße 20 because the prestigious property ideally meets TAXON's requirements with its location quality and modern equipment."
