New management at bulwiengesa
bulwiengesa is realigning its management team and setting the course for the next growth steps: Sven Carstensen, Kristian Reinhold and Felix Embacher, a three-person management team, has been taking over the management of the company since April. Together, they are responsible for the central service areas of consulting, data and research, as well as strategic development. A special focus is on the close integration with the Scout24 ecosystem.
Sven Carstensen has been Managing Director at bulwiengesa since October 2025, having
already been a member of the Management Board since June 2020. His professional focus
is on analyses and consulting in the field of commercial real estate as well as on
issues relating to the investment market. He has around 30 years of experience in
the real estate industry and has been with the company since 2005.
Felix Embacher has been closely associated with bulwiengesa for many years. Since joining
in 2006, he has worked
in the areas of research and consulting and has been responsible for the RIWIS
data product and its continuous development, especially in recent years. Embacher has thus significantly shaped the
data-driven orientation of the company.
Kristian Reinhold complements the management team with extensive experience in the
real estate and platform economy. He is responsible for the strategic
development of the business and the close integration into the
Scout24 ecosystem. Reinhold has been with ImmoScout24 since 2012 and continues to work there
in a management position.
With the new management, bulwiengesa is strengthening the interplay of
data competence, analytical excellence and strategic consulting. bulwiengesa is thus further expanding
its range of integrated, data-based solutions along the
entire value chain of the real estate industry.
"We want to strengthen bulwiengesa as a leading partner for market analyses and strategic
consulting in the real estate industry. In doing so, we are relying on close
cooperation with Scout24 and are developing our offer in a targeted manner," says
the management.
