City Immobilien relies on Cloudbrixx for the digitization of real estate management. City Immobilien uses Cloudbrixx primarily for cost controlling, order management and the fulfilment of operator responsibility. Cloudbrixx's implementation management & consulting paves the way for successful software implementation. Management of City Immobilien is committed to driving forward its digitization strategy.
Cloudbrixx GmbH, a specialist in digital software solutions in real estate management, has gained another well-known customer in the form of City Immobilien Verwaltungs GmbH & Co. Betreuungs KG (CIV). The Düsseldorf-based family-owned company, which specializes in the operation, management and marketing of primarily retail properties, will rely on Cloudbrixx's modular software solution in the future to further expand and optimize its digital processes.
A key aspect in the selection of Cloudbrixx was the software's ability to integrate seamlessly into City Immobilien's existing digital ecosystem and to be able to connect other processes via interfaces. The compatibility of the solution with existing software systems and the possibility of creating a networked system landscape convinced those responsible at City Immobilien.
"We know from numerous projects that there is never one perfect solution for all applications. That's why we rely on an open software architecture and interfaces that are set up in a process-oriented manner. This is the only way to successfully build digital ecosystems," explains Marc Mockwitz, Managing Partner of Cloudbrixx.
Before City Immobilien made the decision in favor of Cloudbrixx, the company used Cloudbrixx's consulting service, which was introduced at the end of 2024. This made it possible to analyze and define all those essential business processes that are to be digitized in a next step together with the experts from Cloudbrixx. A detailed inventory of the existing software landscape was also carried out.
The result of this structured preparation: a clear overview of the initial situation and a tailor-made recommendation for the implementation of new solutions and processes. The resulting documentation not only accelerates the subsequent implementation process, but also creates a sustainable basis for successful digitalization.
"Our implementation consulting sets us apart from the competition. We not only support our customers in the implementation of the software, but also accompany them strategically from the very beginning – so that digitization does not end in actionism, but delivers sustainable added value," Mockwitz continues.
"The introduction of new software systems can only succeed if the company management and the employees involved are united behind the project. If this is not the case, the project fails right from the start. This makes the commitment of the company's management one of the decisive success factors," says Albert Roelen, Managing Director of CIV.
Marc Mockwitz adds: "At CIV, we have found the ideal conditions for the digitization process – and that is precisely one of the keys to our joint success."
