The FidCap Group Munich (est. 2012) announces the successful conclusion of another lease agreement in the renowned M-Yard of the M-Quartier Munich. zvoove Group GmbH, a leading provider of software and AI solutions for the temporary employment, security and cleaning industry in Europe, has secured approximately 1,000 m² of office space in one of Munich's most sustainable and innovative office buildings. With its platform, zvoove digitizes and automates central business processes – for greater efficiency, compliance and growth in everyday operations. FidCap supported zvoove in tenant planning and contract negotiations and will continue to be a comprehensive contact person in the future as owner, asset, property and facility manager.
The M-Yard impresses with its outstanding architecture, forward-looking technology and its excellent location directly at the underground entrance (Aidenbachstraße) as well as its proximity to the S-Bahn station (Siemenswerke). In less than 10 minutes, the old town or the main train station can be reached with the U3 or S7 connections. The comprehensive infrastructure in the M-Quartier and the surrounding area as well as the walking distance to the Isar make the location even more attractive.
The special qualities of the M-Yard include the highest certification standards and prestigious awards such as LEED Platinum, WiredScore Platinum and SmartScore Platinum as well as the German Design Award and the Architecture Award. Tenants can enjoy panoramic views of the Alps and Munich's old town from a large and intensively landscaped tenants' roof terrace, state-of-the-art building technology with minimal ancillary costs, and a spacious and also intensively landscaped inner courtyard.
Michael A. Gerlich, founder and owner of the FidCap Group Munich, emphasizes: "The lease of the zvoove Group underlines the attractiveness of the M-Yard. In one of the best locations in Munich, we offer state-of-the-art and most sustainable office space with our projects – and at an outstanding price-performance ratio."
