Leases concluded for around 3,000 sqm of office space at Große Steinstraße 82 / Brüderstraße 2 / Full occupancy of the office building in the centre of Halle (Saale)
The real estate company Aroundtown has successfully extended the long-term lease with a health insurance company in the property at Große Steinstraße 82 in Halle (Saale). In addition, a further 534 m² was let in the Brüderstrasse building. This means that the service centre of the health insurance company, which was founded in Halle, continues to benefit from its central location in the city centre and in the immediate vicinity of the market square. With this extension and the new letting, the property remains fully let on a permanent basis. ‘Both our new tenant and the service centre continue to enjoy the advantageous location of our property in the heart of the city centre,’ says Helmar Lösche, Aroundtown's Letting Manager responsible for the region, underlining the location of the property on the market square in Halle (Saale).
Central location with excellent connections
The office property at Große Steinstraße 82 boasts an outstanding location in the centre of Halle (Saale). The property also has a direct connection to public transport with short distances to shops, restaurants and facilities for daily needs.
Comprehensive tenant services
Tenants also benefit from Aroundtown's extensive service programme - including personal contacts on site and a central 24/7 service centre, which is also available to commercial tenants at weekends and on public holidays. Aroundtown is the only company in the commercial property sector to offer such a comprehensive tenant service. The long-term contract extension with a well-known player in the healthcare sector underlines Aroundtown's expertise in the property market.
