With Panduit, a leading global provider of infrastructure and connectivity solutions is moving to the MERGENTHALER in Eschborn, Hesse. The company has leased around 440 sqm of office space on the fifth floor of the comprehensively revitalised building.
WÖHR + BAUER is thus gaining another international technology leader for the revitalized building. CBRE acted as an intermediary.
Only recently, outdoor expert Jack Wolfskin and D-Link, an international specialist in IP-based network solutions, rented office space for their German headquarters in MERGENTHALER.
"With the MERGENTHALER, we have found a location that ideally meets our high requirements for a modern and future-proof working environment. The high-quality technical equipment and the flexible space design create very good conditions for further growth," says Jens Holzhammer, Managing Director of Panduit GmbH.
The MERGENTHALER combines sustainable construction with state-of-the-art building technology, digital infrastructure and a high degree of flexibility of use. Thanks to its convenient location in the Rhine-Main area, coupled with a high quality of stay, the location offers very good conditions for modern companies with demanding employees.
"The successful lease to Panduit shows that modern, sustainable and economically attractive office space is also in high demand outside the classic inner-city locations. Our concept of combining quality, efficiency and future viability meets the needs of many companies very precisely," explains Sven Kübler, Head of Leasing Management at WÖHR + BAUER.
Thanks to the comprehensive revitalisation, the building achieves a level of quality in key areas that is above the standard of many new buildings. The final energy requirement is around 68% lower than that of a comparable new building, and the energy supply is completely fossil-free. LEED "Platinum" and WiredScore "Platinum" document the high sustainability standard as well as the future viability.
