JLL advises the seller and mediates the transaction
Novitas Immo GmbH & Co. KG has sold the underground car park at Barbarossaplatz in Düsseldorf’s Oberkassel district to Contipark as part of the transfer of a heritable building right. With this acquisition, Contipark is continuing its strategy of expanding its own property portfolio in a targeted manner.
The underground car park is located in Luegallee, one of Oberkassel’s central shopping and business streets. It offers a total of 352 parking spaces, spread over nine underground levels in split-level construction. The property was built in 2013 and is designed to meet the requirements of an urban mix of uses.
JLL advised the seller on the sales process and brokered the transaction.
