OSMAB Holding AG has gained a new operator for the company catering at the COCO office campus (Cologne Office Campus Ossendorf) in Cologne: The nationwide catering company L & D will take over the restaurant on the ground floor of the campus from April 2026. With the successful new letting, OSMAB is specifically strengthening the quality of stay and the range of services for tenants at the location.
The modern catering area has already been expanded to a high standard in the course of the campus development and offers ideal conditions for modern employee catering on around 830 m² as well as indoor and outdoor areas. With L & D, an experienced operator has now been won over who will further develop and realign the gastronomic offer at COCO.

Modern company catering is an essential building block for quality of stay, employee satisfaction and employer attractiveness,” explains Dennis Knecht, Sales Manager of the OSMAB Group.
L & D operates over 100 company restaurants throughout Germany and stands for modern, quality-oriented community catering. At COCO, the company focuses on a balanced, daily changing range with a focus on freshness, regionality and sustainability. The concept is complemented by vegetarian and vegan menu lines as well as classic dishes that are geared to the requirements of a flexible working day.

In addition to the classic breakfast and lunch offer, the restaurant will also provide snacks and to-go offers for the whole day. The aim is to strengthen the office campus as a lively meeting place and to establish the gastronomic infrastructure as an added value for tenants and visitors in the long term.
In addition to modern office space, COCO is characterized in particular by its comprehensive range of services: Among other things, tenants have access to communal conference areas, a central reception, spacious lobby and lounge areas as well as a variety of exchange zones. The offer is supplemented by sustainable mobility solutions such as a multi-storey car park with e-charging infrastructure and a secure bicycle garage. The elaborately designed outdoor facilities with seating and works of art also contribute to the high quality of stay.
With the new lease of the gastronomy, OSMAB is adding another important building block to the existing service and infrastructure offering, thus strengthening COCO’s position as an attractive and sustainable office location in Cologne.
