The Cologne-based project developer PANDION has completed the OFFICEHOME Pollux office building in Berlin-Friedrichshain on schedule. The property comprises around 28,700
square metres of rental space and is part of the OFFICEHOME Ostkreuz Campus.
As early as September 2025, around 7,650 square meters were handed over to the greentech company Enpal, which is thus further expanding its presence at the site. In addition, a further 850 square metres were handed over to another tenant last
autumn. With the completion of the OFFICEHOME Pollux, PANDION is consistently continuing the development of the campus. The sister building OFFICEHOME Zinc had already been handed over to Enpal as a single tenant

Flexible office structures for modern working environments
The six-storey building was built according to the designs of kadawittfeldarchitektur from Aachen. It offers flexible office space with divisibility of around 350 to 5,000 square metres
per floor, thus enabling a wide variety of usage concepts – from classic office structures to open, collaborative working environments. Generous room heights, a flexible axis grid and high-quality materials create a modern and
at the same time durable working environment.
The architecture is characterized by a façade system made of anodized aluminum with a differentiated play of colors of bronze tones and silver tones. Floor-to-ceiling windows ensure a high
level of natural light and a close relationship between interior and exterior. The concept is complemented by an intensively landscaped inner courtyard and a variety of outdoor areas such as terraces and loggias.
The building is certified according to DGNB Gold and meets the Efficiency Building 55 standard. A photovoltaic system on the roof and a comprehensive mobility concept with bicycle and
e-charging infrastructure support resource-saving operation.
