Berlin, 30 September 2026 – PATRIZIA is further expanding its presence in the hospitality real estate sector and has acquired the B&B Hotel Berlin-Tiergarten for the special fund “PATRIZIA Hotel-Invest Deutschland I”. The property is leased on a long-term basis to B&B as the operator.
The property, which was built in 2016, is located in an excellently connected and very central city centre location at Englischer Straße 1-4 in Berlin-Charlottenburg. The location is located directly on the banks of the Landwehr Canal and on the edge of the Tiergarten, one of the most popular green and recreational areas in the capital. This makes the hotel attractively positioned for various guest target groups, both in the leisure and business segments.
In total, the property covers over 6,500 square metres on nine floors (including a basement). This offers space for 186 rooms and 19 car parking spaces, ten of which are equipped with e-charging stations.
