On 1 March 2026, Jacek Wachowicz and Christian Fojtl (part-time) took over the management of Periscope Poland. Both will join the management of the Warsaw subsidiary of Periskop Partners AG, currently with a focus exclusively on the Land Banking segment. They succeed Monika Murawska, who is leaving the company at her own request to take on a new management role in the real estate sector.
Jacek Wachowicz brings over 25 years of experience in investment management, project development and strategic consulting. His previous positions include Catella Poland, Warsaw Property Partners, Immobel Poland, GTC SA and Heitman.
Christian Fojtl looks back on more than 30 years in the European real estate industry, including at Catella Poland, Warsaw Property Partners and Warimpex Finanz- und Beteiligungs AG. From Vienna, he acts as a link between the Berlin headquarters and the Warsaw location.
The new management team will continue to be supported by Paweł Jastrzębski, who will ensure operational continuity with his many years of local transaction experience.

With a forecast GDP growth of over 3 percent for 2026, Poland is one of the strongest economic markets in the EU. The demand for developable building land in academic conurbations such as Warsaw, Krakow and Wrocław significantly exceeds the available supply. Periskop Partners acts as investment advisor to a land banking fund focused on Poland, whose strategy is based on the same proven principles as the successful German business.
In Poland, a comprehensive spatial planning reform will come into force. It obliges all municipalities to introduce binding, digitised land use plans – so-called “general plans” – and thus replace the previous non-binding development studies. A nationally accessible electronic urban planning register also creates complete transparency for all spatial planning acts for the first time.
With the appointment of Jacek Wachowicz and Christian Fojtl as Managing Directors, Periskop Partners reaffirms its long-term commitment to Poland. In the future, the Warsaw office will play a central role in the expansion of the land banking portfolio and the development of new products.
