Greater flexibility for users, new opportunities for partners: Aroundtown’s workspace platform connects the modern world of work and optimizes the use of existing commercial real estate.
ATworld, Aroundtown’s flexible workspace platform, continues its steady growth, now spanning more than 800 locations worldwide and further accelerating its international expansion. Through the ATworld app, subscribers can easily and flexibly book workspaces as part of their monthly membership, ranging from traditional coworking spaces to productive settings in hotel or office lobbies and cafés.
“With ATworld, we offer a solution that meets today’s evolving workplace needs and delivers clear added value for our members. At the same time, we support our partner locations in increasing occupancy levels and, ultimately, their revenues,” says Timothy Wright, Chief Capital Markets Officer Aroundtown and ATworld Project Lead. “Reaching more than 800 locations within a year of launch demonstrates the strong market potential of the platform and reinforces our strategy to continue scaling it.”
Workspaces and Beyond: ATworld Offers the Space and Services for People to Do Their Best Work
ATworld enables users to choose a workspace that suits their individual needs – from premium office environments to more informal and spontaneous work settings. Bookings are handled seamlessly via the app. A monthly membership (starting at €29) is required. In addition to workspace access, members benefit at many locations from added services such as fitness and spa facilities, as well as complimentary drinks and discounts on food and beverages. The range of offerings is set to expand further in the future.
Currently, around half of ATworld’s 800 locations are based in Germany. Berlin leads with more than 120 locations (including Motel One and Moxy), followed by Munich with around 50 locations (including Design Offices and 1000 Satellites). Beyond Germany, ATworld operates across 25 countries in Europe, with growing demand in France, Spain, the Netherlands, and Poland, as well as internationally in markets such as Mexico and Turkey. Further Network Expansion: Unlocking Untapped Potential with Partners
Any space suitable for work can become part of the platform, and many high-quality spaces remain underutilized. This is precisely where ATworld creates value, helping partners increase day-time occupancy and generate additional revenue.
ATworld is no longer just about the workplace of the future, but about the future of work itself. The goal is to make optimal use of existing spaces. For Aroundtown, continuous portfolio optimization is a strategic lever to remain flexible in response to evolving market demands. In the long term, Aroundtown aims to establish ATworld as the leading flexible workspace platform in Europe and beyond. The company will continue to invest in the development of digital and scalable innovations.
