Aengevelt brokers a long-term lease agreement for around 2,600 m² of office space and around 70 car parking spaces in the new construction project “Bogen Babelsberg”, Marlene-Dietrich-Allee 18-18a, in Potsdam-Babelsberg. The landlord is SKAJ Immobilien GmbH, based in Potsdam. The lease will start at the end of 2026. In total, the new construction project built by KW-Development GmbH comprises six buildings with around 28,400 m² of rental space. Of these, space constellations from approx. 250 m² to 4,800 m² are currently still available.
