PROXITY has extended the lease agreement with Meyer Quick Service Logistics GmbH & Co. KG (QSL) for its temperature-controlled logistics property in Dornstadt (Baden-Württemberg) on a long-term basis.
The 11,850 square metre property at Dieselstraße 4, built in 2004, includes deep-freeze, fresh and dry storage areas as well as office space and is fully let to QSL, a specialist in temperature-controlled food logistics of the Quick Service Logistics Group.
As part of the contract extension, improved economic conditions and an annual rent adjustment were agreed.

Dornstadt is one of the central hubs in QSL’s southern German distribution network.
