Quantum Immobilien KVG has acquired a high-quality residential property in Neckarsulm for its special residential real estate fund Habitare III. The seller is an investment company of Argon GmbH, Stuttgart. The property is located in a central city centre location and impresses with its high quality of furnishings, high energy efficiency and an attractive mix of apartments.
“We are pleased to further strengthen our fund portfolio with this attractive acquisition,” says Martin Berghoff, Managing Director at Quantum, adding: “We are currently already examining acquisition opportunities for comparable properties and are very interested in concluding further transactions.”
High-quality new building in a sought-after location
The property, which was completed in 2025 and fully let, is spread over five apartment buildings and comprises 69 residential units. All have a balcony or terrace. The apartment sizes range from 2- to 4-room apartments and appeal to a wide range of tenants.The property is complemented by around 350 m² of commercial space and an in-house underground car park with 75 parking spaces. The location in Neckarsulm is also convincing as part of an economically strong and up-and-coming region with a high demand for housing.
The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price. On the buyer side, KFR Kanzlei and WITTE Projektmanagement GmbH acted as advisors. The seller was advised by CMS Hasche Sigle.
