Raiffeisen Immobilien Österreich, the real estate agent organisation of the Raiffeisen Banks Group, has been one of the largest and most successful players in the domestic real estate market since it was founded in 2016. This is confirmed by the current broker ranking* of the industry trade journal “Immobilien Magazin”, from which Raiffeisen Immobilien emerged as the largest broker association for the eleventh time in a row. For better comparability, a distinction is made between individual, group and franchise companies. With a fee turnover of € 36.7 million in 2025, Raiffeisen Immobilien is by far the largest affiliated company. All domestic brokerage sole proprietorships are also smaller than Raiffeisen Immobilien in terms of turnover.
Top in terms of land and regionally
In the real estate asset class, Raiffeisen Immobilien was also ahead among the affiliated companies in 2025, as well as in numerous federal states.
Double joy for the 10th anniversary
At Raiffeisen Immobilien, there are two reasons to be happy. In addition to the top position in the broker ranking, the organization will also celebrate its tenth anniversary in 2026. “The joint appearance as an association of all Raiffeisen real estate agent organisations in Austria is the basis of our continuous success.
