The wvm Group appoints Ralph Scherer as Managing Director of its Berlin office. Together with David Fischer, he will manage the business of the wvm Group Berlin in the future.
In his role, Scherer is responsible in particular for the areas of project development, construction, sales and organization at management level and in close cooperation with the respective divisional management.
Scherer has many years of experience in the real estate industry and deep expertise in the development and implementation of complex projects. With his appointment, the wvm Group is strengthening its operational management in Berlin in a targeted manner and sending a clear signal for the further expansion of the site.
David Fischer will continue to be responsible for project purchasing and strategically expand the Berlin project portfolio. At the same time, he will remain an integral part of the management team and stand for continuity and reliability at the Berlin location.
With an extensive portfolio of projects and several projects under development, Berlin is one of the wvm Group’s key growth markets.
