REALOGIS Immobilien Frankfurt GmbH (REALOGIS Frankfurt), part of the REALOGIS Group, Germany’s leading consulting firm for industrial and logistics real estate as well as commercial properties, has achieved the full occupancy of a logistics property in Ginsheim-Gustavsburg through another successful letting.
In the course of the current contract, around 6,900 m² of space was awarded to Bakelog GmbH. Of this, around 5,950 m² is hall space and around 950 m² is office space. Bakelog specialises in tailor-made logistics solutions and is the exclusive logistics provider for the Lieken Group at the site. This includes, in particular, the storage and handling of bakery products and related products for daily use, which require an efficient and time-critical supply chain. The property has twelve ramps and three ground-level gates, thus enabling an above-average handling quality.
REALOGIS Frankfurt was exclusively commissioned by M7 Real Estate to market the property and was able to successfully broker all the space within a short period of time in the course of the letting process.

The property at Weiherfeld 11–15 comprises a total of around 7,800 m² of hall space. At the beginning of the year, around 1,850 m² of warehouse space and around 350 m² of office space were already brokered to Sovereign Network GmbH, a transport and logistics service provider.
The Ginsheim-Gustavsburg location is particularly convincing due to its good transport connections in the Rhine-Main area. The A60 and A671 motorways provide a quick connection to the national transport network as well as to the business locations of Mainz, Wiesbaden and Frankfurt. This location makes the location particularly attractive for logistics and distribution companies.
