REALOGIS Immobilien Deutschland GmbH (REALOGIS) has successfully completed the full lease of the Zeven-Aspe logistics park on behalf of bauwo Grundstücksgesellschaft mbH, Hanover. Unit 1, which was last available and has a lettable area of around 10,544 m², has been leased on a long-term basis to a major textile service provider.
Previously, REALOGIS had already brokered the two other hall sections of the new building with a total of around 20,800 m² to DMK Deutsche Milchkontor. With the current signing of the contract, the modern commercial and logistics property is now fully let.
The unit now let comprises around 9,360 m² of hall space, around 95 m² of office space, around 619 m² of storage mezzanine and around 470 m² of social space. The newly built property has eight dock levellers, including a jumbo dock leveller, a ground-level sectional door, a hall height of around 12.10 metres lower edge truss, a sprinkler system and a 24/7 occupancy permit. In addition, the new building meets high sustainability standards with its DGNB Gold certification.
Fabian von Rohr, Consultant at REALOGIS, puts it in perspective: “The user was looking for modern logistics space at short notice. Due to the limited space available in the region, the Zeven-Aspe logistics park was the ideal solution. In addition to the good connections, the flexibility of the new building and the possibility of adapting the mezzanine areas to the individual requirements of the tenant were particularly convincing.”
The Zeven-Aspe logistics park is located between Hamburg and Bremen in the Elbe-Weser triangle. The site is connected to the regional road network via the L131 state road and the B71 federal road. The A1 motorway can be reached in a short time via the Elsdorf and Bockel junctions.
