Edge, the pan-European real estate developer and investor in emerging markets, has taken over the management of RED City West, a new office development at Landgrafenstraße 3-4 in Berlin. At the same time, the building has gained its first tenants: The Association of Consulting Engineers (VBI) and TROX SE have already decided on this building as their headquarters before the opening.
The general contractor Züblin officially handed over the building at the end of April 2026, marking the beginning of the operating phase of the property. With the handover, Edge has taken over responsibility for asset management at RED City West. This is in line with Edge’s overarching asset management strategy, under which the company actively manages a growing portfolio of high-quality office buildings across Europe, with a focus on long-term performance, tenant experience and sustainable operations.
With a total lettable area of 13,333 m² and with DGNB certification in gold, RED City West sets high standards in terms of sustainability, quality and technology.

Two tenants gained
VBI will move into its premises in RED City West in September 2026, followed by TROX SE in October 2026. Both tenants are an excellent fit for the positioning and quality level of the building and strengthen the profile of RED City West as a location for companies with high standards. The rentals testify to a strong confidence of the market in the property and reflect the quality that RED City West has to offer its future users.
