Robert C. Spies Gewerbe & Investment GmbH & Co. KG has brokered a retail space of around 140 m² in Bremen’s Überseestadt. The new tenant is NAS Studios GmbH from Berlin. The lease begins on July 1, 2026 and the landlord of the space is Quantum AG.
At the new location at Altiero-Spinelli-Straße 2, the Pilates studio NĀS Reformer Studio, an exclusive boutique studio, is being built. The offer is aimed at health and lifestyle-oriented customers and is based on a high-quality Pilates training concept in small groups.
