Bremen’s logistics market has developed very dynamically in recent months. In particular, large-scale, modern logistics and production areas in established locations are currently in focus. In the course of this positive market development, another long-term lease agreement was brokered for a large-scale logistics and production property in the Bremen freight transport centre (GVZ Bremen). A well-known industrial company has rented a total area of around 29,000 m² at the location at Georg-Henschel-Straße 5, of which approx. 25,000 m² is hall space. The property is used as a single-tenant property for production supply.
The landlord of the property is the investor AEW, which has exclusively commissioned Robert C. Spies Industrial Real Estate GmbH & Co. KG with the marketing. BNP Paribas Real Estate Hamburg acted as an advisor on the tenant side.
