The Robert C. Spies Group has successfully brokered the sale of an investment property with a total of 18 senior apartments at Ludwig-Roselius-Allee 181b in Bremen. The seller and project developer of the property is Ellener Hof 66 Projektgesellschaft mbH.
The fully let property has a total usable area of around 1,150 m² and is located on a heritable building right property of the Bremer Heimstiftung. The “Kastanienhof”, built as a three-storey timber construction, was built to the Efficiency House 40 standard and has a wood content of around 92 percent. The building comprises 18 barrier-free senior apartments with living areas between around 40 and 80 m² and an elevator. All units have a balcony or terrace. In cooperation with the Bremer Heimstiftung, residents can also take advantage of various services.
The “Kastanienhof” is part of the Ellener Hof district and is characterized by sustainable construction and individual architecture. The building structure allows for different apartment layouts and blends harmoniously into the existing tree population of the quarter.
