New location near the Speicherstadt for Max Kiene
Hamburg-based nut manufacturer Max Kiene GmbH has rented around 320 m² of office space in the ADMI AHOI at Admiralitätstrasse 59.
The long-established company and leading brand manufacturer of nut products will move into the new space at the beginning of 2025. Following a comprehensive refurbishment, the ADMI AHOI has modern rental space and a communal roof terrace covering a total of over 9,600 m². The owner of the property is Art-Invest Real Estate. Savills acted as advisor to the tenant and the owner throughout the entire brokerage process. Following Trip Up GmbH, an online tourism company (around 330 m²), and the IT and services consultant Reply Deutschland SE (approx. 1,670 m²), Savills was able to find another tenant for the ADMI AHOI in the form of Max Kiene GmbH, meaning that only around 607 m² of space is currently available.
