The Cologne-based sports fashion company Ryzon has leased around 970 m² of office space in Lichtstraße in Cologne-Ehrenfeld on a long-term basis. The young company, which develops functional sportswear for endurance sports such as triathlon, cycling and running, is expected to move into the new branch in summer 2026. The location complements the existing headquarters in the Belgian Quarter. Savills acted as an advisor to the tenant throughout the letting process.
