The Silverton Group (Silverton) has extended its long-term lease agreement with the French sports retailer Decathlon at the retail park at Langobardenstraße 2 in Regensburg. The property is owned by a fund for which Silverton acts as asset manager.
Decathlon operates a specialist sports shop covering around 3,300 square metres in the property and is one of the property’s anchor tenants. This early extension has secured the long-term commitment of this internationally successful company to the Regensburg location. It underlines the attractiveness of the location as well as the successful collaboration between the owner and the tenant. At the same time, the long-term agreement ensures stable rental income and provides planning certainty for both parties.
Built in 2002 on a site of approximately 23,200 square metres in the south of Regensburg, the retail park comprises a total of around 16,100 square metres of lettable space. Other tenants include Seats and Sofas, Fressnapf and the ReBest fitness club.
