Robert C. Spies Industrial Real Estate GmbH & Co. KG has advised on the leasing of around 10,000 m² of logistics space at Kirchweg 11 in Bassum. The new tenant of the space is small foot GmbH & Co. KG, which specialises in the development and sale of wooden toys. The family business has been firmly rooted in northern Germany for over 30 years. The landlord is the logistics service provider L.I.T. Lager & Logistik, which built the property in 2024.
small foot consolidates locations and optimizes logistics processes
The aim of small foot’s relocation is to merge the existing locations in Delmenhorst into a modern logistics area in order to optimize internal processes. The lease began as early as February 2026. A long-term lease has been concluded.
