The new premium aparthotel has been welcoming its first guests since 1 August.
With the opening of Habyt Vienna on August 1, Habyt has put its first location in Vienna into operation. The European hospitality brand for premium aparthotels for short and long-term stays is thus bringing one of the largest aparthotel projects of the year to the Austrian capital. The new building comprises a total of 319 studios on seven floors in Vienna’s Nordbahnviertel.
The aparthotel combines fully equipped studios with extensive hospitality services, as well as co-working areas, a gym and spa services. The individual services will be put into operation gradually. The gastronomy concept is scheduled to open in autumn.

The building is located on Bruno-Marek-Allee in the Nordbahnviertel, one of Vienna’s most dynamic urban development areas. With its green façade and roof area, the building blends into the modern quarter and relies on future-oriented architecture with CO₂-optimised concrete and sustainable construction. The immediate proximity to the Praterstern transport hub as well as to the Prater and Danube Island recreation areas combines excellent connections with a high quality of life. At the same time, business travellers, project teams and congress participants benefit from the proximity to important company locations, the VIECON Congress Center and central transport connections.
