Sonar Real Estate (Sonar) has successfully completed the sale of an office property on behalf of a pan-European real estate investment manager as an asset manager. The property is located in Obernkirchen in the district of Schaumburg in Lower Saxony. The buyer is a family office. The purchase price was not disclosed.
The single-tenant property with the address Sülbecker Brand 1 dates from 1990 and has around 3,800 m² of office space, which is fully let to the health insurance company BKK24. Sonar was commercially advised on the sale by Krasemann Immobilien Gruppe and legal advice by Clifford Chance LLP.
Previously, Sonar had already sold a multi-service center at Äppelallee 110-116 in Wiesbaden to another family office for the same client. It comprises approximately 8,650 m² of rental space, which is fully occupied. Users of the property, which was completed in 2008, include Netto, CleanCar and TEDi. Clifford Chance LLP acted as lawyers and RIKE real estate GmbH acted as intermediaries for the sellers.
