Sonar Real Estate is taking over the asset management of a multi-investor fund administered by HansaInvest as a service KVG. Fondsimmobilien is an office building in Offenbach, Hesse.
The three-part complex at Berliner Strasse 300 and 330b in the Kaiserlei district comprises an office rental area of around 14,000 m², which is fully let. One of the two office buildings is home to the insurance company AXA, while the second is used by the flexible workplace solutions provider IWG (Regus). The ensemble, which was completed in 2020, is completed by a multi-storey car park with 330 car parking spaces.
The property, which is located on the city border with Frankfurt, is very well connected to regional public transport and the surrounding area by the “Kaiserlei” S-Bahn station located directly in front of the building and a nearby access road to the A661 motorway.
