The real estate company Aroundtown has concluded lease extensions with two existing tenants for the office building at Deutschherrnstrasse 15-19 in Nuremberg. The NETWAYS Group (1,800 m²), which positions itself as a leading provider of open source IT solutions and provides companies with cloud, event and consulting services, as well as the startup Keyplayer Head-on-Solutions GmbH (700 m²), a growing SaaS company established throughout Germany with a strong focus on easy-to-use, cloud-based appointment and POS systems for small and medium-sized companies in the service and beauty sector, keep their locations in the Deutschherrnkarree.
The property in the west of Nuremberg's old town convinces as a modern office location with flexible space concepts and high-quality furnishings. The seven-storey building has been extensively modernised in recent years and today offers companies optimal conditions for a contemporary working environment. In addition to the bright and functional design, tenants benefit from the excellent transport connections: Nuremberg's main train station can be reached by local transport in around 15 minutes, and there are also direct connections to the Ringstrasse and the motorways. The nearby Pegnitzauen recreation area also increases the attractiveness of the location for companies and their employees.
These new leases underline Aroundtown's expertise in the real estate market and at the same time show how it is specifically addressing the needs of tenants by creating a comprehensive offer that goes beyond the provision of office space. Aroundtown offers a wide range of services – from personal contacts on site to a central 24/7 service center with trained staff. As the only company in the commercial real estate industry with such a comprehensive range of services, Aroundtown is positioning itself as a pioneer.
