Schleider, a real estate expert with more than 30 years of experience, is strengthening the Berlin-based consulting and service company. He will take over the position of Head of Business Development and will contribute his expertise in particular to the further development of the advisory and service offering for owners, family offices, funds and institutional investors. During his career, Schleider has worked for Apleona, DWS Real Estate, DIC Asset and CR Investment Management, among others. In addition, he has extensive international experience as well as extensive expertise in the digitization of real estate processes and the development of complex investment and portfolio strategies.
With this appointment, STRATEGIS AG is responding to the increased demands of professional real estate investors and expanding its range of services to include even more integrated consulting approaches. The focus is on the strategic development of real estate portfolios, the support of transactions, tailor-made property management solutions and individual concepts for increasing the value of existing properties in the German metropolitan regions.
