Robert C. Spies Gewerbe & Investment GmbH & Co. KG has brokered around 888 m² of office space in Bremen's Überseestadt to HSP CONCEPT Bremen GmbH. The consulting firm will move into its new location in NEWPORT at Konsul-Smidt-Straße 8L on March 1, 2026. The landlord is the OPATZ Group from Bremen.
"In recent years, Überseestadt has developed into one of the most sought-after office locations in Bremen. With the lease to HSP CONCEPT Bremen, we were once again able to support a fast-growing company and know that we are in the best hands with the OPATZ Group," says Sonia Kamps, real estate consultant for office space at Robert C. Spies in Bremen.
HSP CONCEPT Bremen GmbH is part of the HSP Group, which operates throughout Germany and specialises in tax consulting, auditing and business consulting. At its Bremen office, the company primarily serves medium-sized clients from the retail, services and industrial sectors.
