OSMAB acquires around 26,500 square meters of commercial property in Kerpen

The location in the established industrial area near the Kerpen motorway junction (A4/A61) is characterised by very good accessibility. In the immediate vicinity are also the logistics project "Log Plaza Kerpen 5", which was developed by the OSMAB subsidiary ALCARO Invest – as well as an adjacent, approx. 25,000 square metre existing site, on which a hall rented by Poco is currently located.

"With the acquisition of the property in Boschstraße, we are strengthening our presence in the Kerpen region and continuing our investment strategy. "The sale of land and leaseback can be useful for many companies, which can actively use previously tied up capital for their actual business model and at the same time gain flexibility."
