Tishman Speyer has leased 2,900 square meters of office space in Junghof, a prominent office property in Frankfurt’s banking district, to the global law firm Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner (BCLP). The move-in is planned for the fourth quarter of 2027.
The eight-storey Junghof combines historic Wilhelminian architecture with modern design and has around 22,000 square metres of office space and approx. 1,200 square metres of retail and catering space. The property is centrally located in Frankfurt’s CBD submarket.

BCLP is an international commercial law firm with approximately 1,200 lawyers in 32 offices in North America, Europe and the Middle East.
