RH Group and Competo celebrate topping-out ceremony for the first construction phase of the Go Four It business quarter in Munich
With the traditional topping-out ceremony, the clients RH Group and Competo Capital Partners mark a decisive milestone in the construction of the Go Four It business quarter in Munich-Moosach. Around 180 guests came together at Hanauer Straße 91-97 to toast the successful completion of the shell – including Gudrun Weidmann, Head of the Department of Internationalisation, Location Policy, Invest in Bavaria at the Bavarian State Ministry of Economic Affairs, Regional Development and Energy, as well as the members of the Bavarian State Parliament for the Munich-Moosach constituency Benjamin Adjei (Bavarian Green Party) and Dr. Alexander Dietrich (CSU). The first construction phase with the Go Four Red and Go Four Purple buildings will be successively handed over to the tenants on schedule from November 2026.

Our new building will be the largest contiguous building ensemble in the immediate vicinity of the Olympia shopping centre. From high-tech to gastronomy: Lively campus with a strong tenant mix
The first construction phase comprises the Go Four Red and Go Four Purple buildings with a total of around 21,000 square metres of GFA. The Go Four Red with 10,000 square metres GFA is fully let to DMG MORI. The German-Japanese manufacturer of machine tools will establish its European headquarters here. At Go Four Purple, the Munich pizza and pasta expert L’Osteria will open a restaurant.
Politicians acknowledge the importance of the Go Four It for the north of Munich
The guests present from the Bavarian State Parliament underlined the relevance of the project for the urban development of the Moosach district and the entire north of Munich:

Focus on sustainability and innovation
Parallel to the finalisation of the first construction phase, construction work is underway on the second construction phase with the Go Four Green and Go Four Blue buildings, which is scheduled for completion by the end of 2027.
The Go Four It relies on a well-thought-out sustainability concept – both for the construction phase and for long-term use.
Thomas Pscherer, Managing Partner of Competo Capital Partners: “We rely on CO2-reduced construction in accordance with CRREM, environmentally friendly building materials and smart building technology. We also use geothermal energy directly on the property. Our goal is LEED Platinum and WiredScore Gold certifications, and LEED Platinum pre-certification is already in place.”
