Starbucks opens branch in Mülheim-Kärlich

The American restaurant chain Starbucks will open a branch in the first quarter of 2026 on a sales area of around 200 square meters in the Mülheim-Kärlich industrial park at Industriestraße 53. The landlord is a private owner. The global real estate service provider CBRE acted as an intermediary for both sides. Most recently, CBRE already brokered a store in the neighboring property to Snipes.

“The new Starbucks branch is an excellent addition to the gastronomic offer of the business park in Mülheim-Kärlich,” says Boris Kozul, Director and Head of Retail Leasing Central at CBRE. “Thanks to the diverse mix of industries and the above-average centrality, Mülheim-Kärlich offers retailers and restaurateurs optimal conditions for resilient sales.”

The Mülheim-Kärlich business park is one of the most important retail locations in the region, as it combines an exceptionally large variety of offers in a compact area. Due to its close proximity to the A48, A61 and B9 motorways as well as its excellent accessibility from the entire Rhine-Moselle region, it continuously attracts a wide audience. The combination of well-known brand stores, specialised specialist shops and a wide range of gastronomy ensures a high level of attractiveness and a long stay. Last but not least, the location benefits from its appeal far beyond the region and is considered an attraction for consumers from large parts of Rhineland-Palatinate and North Rhine-Westphalia.
