Robert C. Spies Immobilien GmbH & Co. KG Oldenburg has successfully advised on the brokerage of a commercial property at Grünteweg 33 in Oldenburg as part of a joint transaction with CBRE GmbH. The seller of the property is the Dutch Thermopatch International B.V., a subsidiary of the American Avery Dennison Corporation. The company is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of self-adhesive materials and digital identification solutions for private and industrial applications. The new owner is a regional investor.
The property comprises around 256 m² of office, warehouse and production space on a site area of 552 m² and is located in an established commercial location in the north of Oldenburg with convenient access to the A28 and A293 motorways.
