PBC’s first facility offers twelve sports fields on around 2,900 m²
PBC Sports has leased an area of around 2,900 m² in a logistics property in Berlin’s Tempelhof-Schöneberg district. In the new building, which is part of the Sirius Business Park, the company operates a sports facility with six padel and six pickleball courts each. This is the first PBC Sports location. The owner of the property is the Dutch company DDS Edelweiss. JLL advised the owner on the lease and brokered the deal.
The Sirius Business Park, Großbeerenstraße 2-10, comprises several properties with different types of use, from office to warehouse and logistics to production. From the sports and leisure area, there is also a bouldering hall on the site.
